Qualifications

• 1+ year banking/lending experience with basic residential property knowledge.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and comply with state/federal laws.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up during fulfillment/post-closing.
