Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in banking/lending with knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with standard computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.

• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and product benefits.
