Truist in Sanford, FL is seeking an accomplished mortgage sales professional to drive marketing and referral activity for Truist Mortgage Loan products. You will develop strategies to meet production goals and refer clients to related bank services to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities include understanding mortgage policies and investor guidelines, providing tailored advice, and collaborating with Mortgage Loan Fulfillment to ensure smooth processing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking/lending with basic knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days and background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of mortgage policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and laws (state/federal).
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up.
