Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing/Sales professional in Pineville, NC to drive mortgage production and referrals across Truist bank products. You will leverage knowledge of mortgage products, policies, and compliance to advise clients and coordinate with in-house teams.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering excellent client service and meeting production goals in a regular, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of banking or lending experience
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and background check

Responsibilities

• Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and procedures and secondary market guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Lead referrals to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities.
• Assist with client/attorney/appraiser document follow-up as needed.
