Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience in banking or lending with basic knowledge of residential property types.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment and applicable background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and secondary market investor guidelines.
• Comply with Truist policies and regulations, including state and federal law.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up in fulfillment and post-closing review.
