Truist Mortgage seeks a sales-focused professional to market loan products and drive referrals for a broad range of bank services. You will work within Truist policies, delivering sound mortgage guidance to clients and facilitating timely follow-up on loan documents.

Essential duties include executing mortgage strategies to meet production goals and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of investor guidelines. Strong communication and negotiation skills are key in this role.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in banking/lending with residential property knowledge.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with common computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and investor guidelines used by Truist.
• Comply with Truist policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide mortgage advisory services based on client needs and Truist products.
• Consistently refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed.
