Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional to drive the sale of Truist Mortgage Loan products within established policies. The role emphasizes referrals to other bank services and adherence to regulatory guidelines to support client needs and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include executing marketing plans, maintaining knowledge of policies, and guiding clients through the mortgage process while ensuring compliance and quality service. Commission-based with possible salary draw.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in banking or lending environment with knowledge of residential property types.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment (NMLS background check).

Responsabilités

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and Procedures and secondary market guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulations including state and federal laws.
• Provide mortgage advisory services based on client needs and product benefits.
• Facilitate referrals to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up for fulfillment and post-closing review.
