Truist seeks a Mortgage Sales professional to market and sell Truist Mortgage Loan products, driving referrals to other bank services and delivering sound guidance to clients. Qualificações

• 1+ year in banking or lending with residential property knowledge.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Must obtain SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days and pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, policies and investor guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Truist policies and applicable laws.
• Provide mortgage guidance based on client needs and products.
• Leverage referrals to introduce clients to other bank solutions.
• Support Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up.
