Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional to drive the marketing and selling of Truist Mortgage Loan products in alignment with bank policies and procedures. The role emphasizes effective referrals to cross-sell bank services and requires SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days.

The position includes working within a rigorous referral process, supporting fulfillment activities, and meeting production goals while maintaining knowledge of relevant policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and secondary market guidelines.
• Comply with Truist policies and applicable laws.
• Provide mortgage advice aligned with client needs and product benefits.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to broaden opportunities.
• Support Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up during QC or post-closing.
