Qualifications

1+ year of experience in banking and/or lending environment.
Solid understanding of residential property types is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
Maintain knowledge of mortgage policies, procedures, and secondary market guidelines.
Comply with Truist policies and state/federal regulations.
Provide sound mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
Assist with document follow-up during fulfillment/post-closing review.
