Qualifications

• 1+ year of banking and/or lending experience with basic knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with relevant computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Truist Mortgage policies and secondary market guidelines.
• Comply with Truist policies and applicable state/federal laws.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and product benefits.
• Use referrals to connect clients with other bank solutions; assist with document follow-up.
