Truist Wealth seeks a Mortgage Marketing professional to drive mortgage product sales and referrals within bank policies in Virginia. You will market plans, advise clients on products, and collaborate to deepen client relationships across Truist services.

The role offers commission-based earnings with possible salary draw and requires 1+ year in banking or lending, strong communication and negotiation skills, and SAFE Act compliance within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking or lending environment
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Develop mortgage marketing and referral plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide mortgage client guidance on Truist products and benefits; refer to other bank services.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed.
