Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; comfortable with PDF tools and data entry.
• Knowledge of mortgage processes and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
• Provide new lead callbacks within 20 minutes and maintain a 35% conversion rate.
• Maintain calendars and prep 1003s with accurate credit/financial data.
• Support compliance and marketing materials as needed.
