Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support loan originators in building complete loan files for submission and to perform Lead to Contract and Contract to Close duties. Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
• Provide administrative support managing client databases and sending pre-qualification links.
• Analyze credit and financial scenarios to determine appropriate loan products.
• Monitor key dates and collect required documents for processing and closing.
• Maintain customer contact to ensure follow-up and provide quality service.
