Job summary

Guild Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant in Wayne, PA to support originators by building complete loan files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases. This role follows Lead to Contract duties and requires active MLO licensing and experience in mortgage lending.

You will analyze credit, pull credit reports, run AUS, and prepare Initial Fee Worksheets, while providing responsive customer service and timely communication to clients and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in mortgage lending or related field.
• Active MLO licensing required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; comfortable with PDFs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Assist originator with appointments, pre-qualification links, and 1003 documentation.
• Analyze credit and determine appropriate loan products; run credit and AUS findings.
• Pull and prep web applications; update credit reports and AUS findings.
• Provide marketing support and coordinate email campaigns to realtors.
• Maintain referral relationships and ensure timely updates to clients.
