Qualifications

• Two years experience in Mortgage lending or related field preferred.
• Active MLO licensing required.
• Strong detail orientation and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting and lead follow-up.
• Manage loan files and documentation through contract and close.
• Coordinate with processing to obtain disclosures, 4506-T, and credit documents.
• Provide timely status updates to clients and referral sources.
• Maintain client databases and marketing communications.
