Job summary

Ikuto, a well-funded Series A technology company, is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to drive mortgage origination deployments. You will lead integrations with lenders, design solutions and own customer implementations from scoping through go-live in a hybrid New York City setting.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product and engineering, translating customer feedback into requirements and helping create the implementation playbook for a new mortgage vertical.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience scoping and implementing software integrations for customers.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and modern SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from scoping to go-live.
• Understand lenders' processes and technology environments.
• Design integrations across mortgage POS, LOS and APIs.
• Run technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Support Sales with technical questions and solution designs.
• Configure the platform to meet customer requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and operations.
• Support adoption and customer success after launch.
• Translate feedback into actionable requirements for Product/Engineering.
• Build documentation, processes and reusable solutions.
• Help establish the customer-delivery function for the mortgage vertical.
