Job summary

Movement is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of new mortgage products and investor offerings from concept through post-launch stabilization.

You will own end-to-end onboarding of investors and products, coordinating scope, timelines, risk, and stakeholder alignment across Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Technology to ensure successful launches. Strong project management and mortgage experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage industry experience with strong expertise in program guidelines, investor requirements, and secondary market execution.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and implementation of new mortgage products and investor offerings from concept through post-launch stabilization.
• Owns end-to-end onboarding of new investors and products, coordinating scope, timelines, risk, and implementation success.
