Ikuto, a well-funded Series A technology company, is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to drive mortgage origination deployments. You will lead integrations with lenders, design solutions and own customer implementations from scoping through go-live in a hybrid New York City setting.
You’ll collaborate with sales, product and engineering, translating customer feedback into requirements and helping create the implementation playbook for a new mortgage vertical.

We’re representing a well-funded, Series A technology company building the infrastructure that enables businesses to access, verify and monitor insurance information automatically.
Insurance verification remains surprisingly manual. Businesses frequently rely on PDFs, phone calls and employees moving information between disconnected carrier and internal systems.
Our client uses AI, APIs and automation to turn this fragmented information into structured data that can be integrated directly into customer workflows. Its platform is already used by thousands of businesses and major enterprise customers across automotive, insurance and mortgage.
Following considerable success in mortgage servicing, the company is now launching further into mortgage origination. It has already secured its first major customers and is hiring a Technical Implementation Manager to help design, integrate and launch these deployments.
This is a hybrid position spanning:
The immediate priority is implementation.
You’ll work directly with mortgage lenders to understand their existing technology, design the appropriate solution and integrate the platform into their mortgage‑origination workflows.
You’ll also support technical pre‑sales conversations, become a trusted customer contact after launch and help create the implementation playbook for a new business vertical.
This is not a traditional project‑management or relationship‑led account‑management role. You’ll need to be comfortable discussing APIs, understanding technical architecture and taking genuine ownership of customer integrations.
You’ll probably have between 3 and 7 years’ experience in a customer‑facing technical role, such as:
You should bring:
The ideal candidate will have experience across either customer integrations or mortgage technology.
Relevant domain experience could include:
The company can help someone develop either the mortgage‑domain side or the deeper technical side of the role. Candidates will, however, need to arrive with genuine strength in at least one of those areas.
This is an opportunity to become one of the foundational hires in a newly established mortgage‑origination vertical.
You won’t simply follow an existing implementation process. You’ll help create it.
You’ll work directly with major US mortgage lenders, influence how the product develops and play a central role in turning newly secured enterprise customers into successful live deployments.
It should appeal to someone who enjoys customer‑facing technical work but wants more ownership than a conventional Solutions Engineer or Implementation Consultant position typically provides.
If you’ve implemented complex technology into mortgage lenders, banks or other financial institutions — or you’re a technically strong implementation professional interested in moving into mortgage technology — we’d be keen to speak with you.
