Truist Mortgage seeks a Mortgage Marketing Advisor in Florida to drive loan production through effective marketing plans and referrals, while aligning with applicable policies and regulatory guidelines.

You will guide clients through Truist Mortgage products, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in a customer-focused banking environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in banking and/or lending with basic knowledge of residential property types
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check

Responsabilités

• Develop mortgage marketing and referral plans to meet production goals
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures and secondary market investor guidelines
• Adhere to Truist policies and federal/state regulations
• Provide sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products
• Execute Truist's referral process to deepen client opportunities
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed
