Truist in Clearwater is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Specialist to drive the sale of Truist Mortgage loan products within bank policies and guide clients through the suite of bank services.

You will develop mortgage marketing plans, refer clients to other bank solutions, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while building strong client relationships and coordinating with fulfillment teams.

Formación

• 1.1+ year(s) experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment

Responsabilidades

• Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulations including state and federal law.
• Provide mortgage guidance based on client needs and product benefits.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions for deeper client opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up in fulfillment and post-closing review.
