Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales & Marketing professional in Bradenton, FL to drive the marketing and sales of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and to referrals of other bank services.

You will develop effective mortgage marketing plans, maintain knowledge of policies and guidelines, and provide sound mortgage advice to clients while coordinating referrals to deepen client opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in banking or lending with residential property types knowledge.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Provide sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Facilitate referrals to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up for client, attorney, or appraiser needs.
