Qualifications

• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to state and federal laws and Truist policies and procedures.
• Provide mortgage clients with sound mortgage advice and product benefits.
• Consistently refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up during quality control/post-closing.
