Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 5 years mortgage sales with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC knowledge.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and external referral networks.
• Proven customer satisfaction through scores and feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication for homeowner education in outreach.
• Intermediate PC skills in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community; nurture pipeline until ready to apply.
• Act as mortgage expert; promote loan originations through external relationships.
• Partner with branch by training staff on products and services; connect clients to bankers.
• Create outstanding customer experience via mail, ads, cross-sell, relocation programs, newsletters, and lead sourcing.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the mortgage origination process, addressing concerns, coordinating with partners, and tracking progress to closing.
