Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks a Community Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and promote Chase home lending products.

You’ll be the primary contact, collaborating with branch teams and external partners to grow mortgage originations while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service. The role emphasizes building relationships with realtors, nonprofits, and community groups, delivering homeowner education, and maintaining up-to-date product

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Ability to build external referral sources (realtors, nonprofits, community groups).
• Track record of customer satisfaction and strong written/verbal communication.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to customers in the community and existing Chase customers.
• Act as mortgage expert and drive loan originations with external relationships.
• Partner with branch team and train staff on products and services.
• Create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach channels.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process.
