Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and programs.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction based on scores and feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to present to community groups and nonprofits.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to existing Chase customers and community members, and nurture a pipeline of customers not yet mortgage-ready.
• Act as internal/external mortgage expert, drive loan originations with community relationships.
• Partner with branch team to train on products and meet with customers to introduce bankers for additional services.
• Create outstanding customer experiences using marketing channels and outreach efforts.
• Serve as single point of contact through the loan origination process, addressing concerns, explaining terms, coordinating with partners, and tracking progress to closing.
