Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Community Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan.

The role emphasizes knowledge of home lending products, compliance with lending guidelines, and strong community engagement. You will promote mortgage products to existing Chase customers and local communities, build external referral networks, and partner with branches to train staff and drive loan originations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge and FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to customers and manage a mortgage pipeline through education and counseling until ready to apply.
• Act as internal and external mortgage expert to promote loan originations with external relationships.
• Partner with branch team to train on products and services and introduce new clients to bankers.
• Create outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing channels and programs.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the mortgage loan origination process and coordinate with partners to close loans.
