JPMorgan Chase seeks a Community Home Lending Advisor in California to guide clients through the home loan process as the primary point of contact. You will leverage in-house lending knowledge, comply with regulatory requirements, and promote Chase mortgage products to deepen customer relationships.

You will work with the branch team to educate customers, build external referrals, and help potential homeowners move from consultation to application and closing, driving loan origination growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate
• Five years of mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build referral networks
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach
• Proficient Windows PC skills

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs
• Promote mortgage products to customers and educate non-mortgage-ready clients until ready
• Act as mortgage expert and promote loan originations with external relationships
• Partner with branch team to train on products and meet customers
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and outreach
• Serve as the single point of contact through the mortgage loan origination process
