Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with strong product, credit and mortgage process knowledge.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines and low-down payment products.
• Ability to build external referral sources and networks in the local real estate market.
• Track record of customer satisfaction and strong communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community with ongoing education and counseling.
• Act as mortgage expert and drive loan originations through external relationships.
• Partner with branch teams, train staff, and introduce new clients to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process and address customer concerns.
