Job summary

JPMorgan Chase invites an experienced Community Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan process, while collaborating with branch teams to promote mortgage products and educate customers. You will manage a pipeline, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact to closing.

The role requires deep knowledge of government-backed and conventional mortgage products, strong communication, and the ability to build external referral

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with strong product, credit and mortgage process knowledge; FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Ability to build external referral networks with realtors, nonprofits and community groups.
• Track record of customer satisfaction with strong communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community clients, nurturing pipeline to readiness.
• Act as mortgage expert, drive loan originations through external partnerships.
• Partner with branch teams, train on products and introduce clients to bankers.
• Create outstanding customer experiences through cross-sell and marketing efforts.
• Serve as single point of contact through loan origination from engagement to closing.
