• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge and an understanding of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area and the ability to build external referral sources and networks.
• Track record of customer satisfaction as demonstrated in customer satisfaction scores and comments.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for community outreach and education programs.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Aufgaben

• Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs for down payment or closing cost assistance.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community, engaging a pipeline of customers until they are ready to apply.
• Act as the mortgage expert and promote loan originations with external relationships.
• Partner with the branch team, providing product training and client introductions to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and outreach.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process, addressing concerns and coordinating with partners.
