Qualifications

• Five years of mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks.
• Track record of customer satisfaction demonstrated by scores/comments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for community outreach and education.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community, managing a pipeline of non-mortgage-ready clients.
• Act as internal/external mortgage expert and drive loan originations with community relationships.
• Partner with branch teams, providing training and connecting clients to bankers for additional products.
• Create outstanding customer experience via mail, ads, cross-sell, relocation programs, and digital channels.
• Serve as the single contact through the mortgage origination process, addressing concerns and guiding progress from engagement to closing.
