Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services seeks an Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage escrow lines, tax and insurance research, and balance disbursements on loans. You will perform duties in compliance with state and federal laws and company policies while supporting escrow processes across FHA/PMI/USDA programs.

The role requires 2–3 years in banking/finance or escrow, experience with FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, and OnBase, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in banking/finance/mortgage/escrow.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Set up escrow lines on newly originated and acquired loans.
• Research and process FHA/PMI/USDA cancellations.
• Resolve escrow-related discrepancies for tax, insurance, and flood vendors.
• Disburse funds on paid-in-full loans with escrow balances.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff with proposed solutions.
