Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services seeks an Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage escrow setup, research tax/insurance items, and disburse escrows on paid loans. You will handle FHA/PMI/USDA processes and escalate complex issues to senior staff while maintaining accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in banking/finance/escrow, experience with FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, and MS Office, plus strong analytical and organizational skills. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing and origination systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up mortgage insurance escrow lines on newly originated and acquired loans.
• Research tax, insurance, and PMI items; resolve escrow balance disbursements.
• Perform Escrow Vendor Specialist tasks in compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide weekly/monthly productivity summaries and maintain documentation in systems.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate on solutions with senior staff.
