Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage escrow processes for originated and acquired loans. Responsibilities include setting up escrow lines, researching tax and insurance items, and handling escrow balance disbursements in compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.

The role requires 2–3 years in banking/finance or escrow, experience with mortgage servicing systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase), and strong

Qualifications

• Two to three (2-3) years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to perform Escrow Liaison Level I and II duties.
• Strong math, balance and accuracy.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Research and process FHA/PMI/USDA cancellation requests.
• Assist with setting up escrow lines on FHA/PMI/USDA loans.
• Research and resolve property discrepancies for tax, insurance, and flood vendors.
• Provide posting instructions for tax, insurance, and PMI refunds.
• Disburse funds on paid in full loans with an escrow balance.
• Escalate high level escrow issues and propose solutions.
• Provide weekly and month-end productivity summaries.
• Prepare documentation and updates to mortgagor loans in the system.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
