Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Escrow Oversight Specialist to handle escrow setup, tax and insurance research, and disbursements on paid-in-full loans. You will follow regulatory requirements and company policies while handling FHA/PMI/USDA tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

This role requires 2–3 years in banking/finance/mortgage or escrow, familiarity with servicing systems, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform Escrow Liaison Level I and II duties.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot escrow issues and decide with impact.

Responsibilities

• Set up escrow lines on newly originated and acquired loans.
• Research and process FHA/PMI/USDA cancellation requests.
• Disburse funds on paid in full loans with escrow balances.
• Provide accurate information to resolve issues and follow up promptly.
• Escalate high level escrow issues to senior staff with solutions.
• Provide weekly and month-end productivity summaries.
• Prepare documentation and updates to mortgagor loans in the system.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
