Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage escrow processes for newly originated and acquired loans, including mortgage insurance escrow lines, tax and insurance research, and balance disbursements on paid-in-full loans.

The role requires 2–3 years in banking/finance/escrow, familiarity with FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, and related systems, and strong analytical skills. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.50 per hour, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Two to three (2-3) years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
Experience using mortgage loan servicing and loan originating systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Ability to perform Escrow Liaison Level I and II duties.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Complete all tasks per regulatory requirements.
Research and process FHA/PMI/USDA cancellation requests.
Assist with setting up escrow lines on FHA/PMI/USDA loans.
Research and resolve property discrepancies for tax, insurance, and flood vendors.
Provide posting instructions for tax, insurance, and PMI refunds.
