Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage mortgage escrow lines, research tax and insurance items, and disburse escrow balances on paid-in-full loans. This role ensures compliance with state and federal laws and company policies, with a starting pay range of $20.00-$23.50 per hour.

You will handle escrow setup on FHA/PMI/USDA loans, resolve discrepancies, and provide weekly productivity updates while collaborating with senior staff on complex issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred but not required.
• 2-3 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Experience with FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot and OnBase.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Set up mortgage escrow lines on new and acquired loans.
• Research and resolve tax, insurance, and PMI issues.
• Process FHA/PMI/USDA cancellation requests.
• Disburse escrow funds on paid-in-full loans.
• Provide weekly/month-end productivity updates.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff and propose solutions.
