Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage escrow lines on new and acquired loans, and to research tax, insurance, and PMI items for accurate disbursements. You will perform Escrow Liaison duties within regulatory guidelines and company policies.

The role requires 2–3 years in banking/finance or escrow, experience with major servicing systems, and strong analytical and communication skills. Starting pay is $20.00–$23.50 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in banking/finance/mortgage or escrow.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems required.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Set up escrow lines on new and acquired loans.
• Research FHA/PMI/USDA cancellation requests.
• Disburse funds on paid-in-full loans with escrow balance.
• Provide posting instructions for tax, insurance, PMI refunds.
• Escalate complex escrow issues to senior staff.
• Prepare documentation and updates in loan system.
• Provide weekly and month-end productivity summaries.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
