Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage escrow operations, research tax and insurance items, and resolve outstanding issues on mortgage loans. Starting pay is $20.00-$23.50 per hour, with responsibilities including setting up escrow lines and processing cancellations for FHA/PMI/USDA loans.

Knowledge of FiServ/Sagent, Encompass and OnBase is valued. You will work within a regulatory framework and collaborate with senior staff to improve escrow processes

Qualifications

Two to three (2-3) years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
Experience using mortgage loan servicing and loan originating systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on solutions.

Responsibilities

Set up escrow lines on newly originated and acquired FHA/PMI/USDA loans.
Research and process cancellation requests for FHA/PMI/USDA.
Disburse funds on paid-in-full loans with escrow balance.
Provide accurate information and follow up on outstanding issues.
