Zusammenfassung

Michaels is seeking a team member for our Feasterville store to assist customers, manage checkout, and support daily store operations. You will help customers find products, enroll them in rewards and private label cards, and participate in omnichannel initiatives like BOPIS and SFS.

The role involves stocking, unloading trucks, maintaining planograms, and ensuring in-stock merchandise. You will also support safety programs, process returns, and cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.

Qualifikationen

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and checkout to standards.
• Able to stand for long periods and move/ lift merchandise.

Aufgaben

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance; promote a positive image
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
