Job summary

Michaels Stores in Philadelphia area seeks a Store Team Member to help customers, stock merchandise, and maintain store standards. You will assist with checkout, enroll customers in rewards, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

The role involves standing for long periods, stocking, and assisting with planograms and safety initiatives to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them (Rewards, Private Label Cards).
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain stock and store recovery, support shrink and safety programs.
