Michaels is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store, while supporting BOPIS/SFS and rewards enrollment.

The role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and cross-training in Custom Framing. Prior retail or customer-service experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

• Ability to assist customers and locate products.
• Cash handling to standards.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers with rewards and CC programs enrollments
• Operate Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Stock and recover merchandise; maintain in-stock store
• Complete truck unload and planogram processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully; be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
