Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience in-store.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining planograms, and supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Cross-training in Custom Framing is available, with duties expanding to store recovery and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in the store.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Engage customers about store programs and enroll in rewards/credit offerings.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in store recovery, shrink control, and safety programs.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
