Job summary

Michaels in Exton, PA is hiring for store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store to support our Brand Promises.

The position involves assisting with rewards enrollments, supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store, and upholding SOPs while interacting respectfully with customers and fellow team

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move around the store
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store and complete returns/go backs
