Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Exton, PA seeks a team member for store operations and customer service. You will help customers find products, operate the checkout, unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will engage customers in rewards programs, assist with omnichannel orders like BOPIS and SFS, and support safety, shrink, and SOP compliance. Cross-training in Custom Framing is available.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and early mornings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and assist customers.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store recovery standards.
• Engage customers about rewards, enroll in private label credit cards and VOC surveys.
• Participate in BOPIS and Ship From Store processes and maintain planograms.
• Support SISO and AD set duties, shrink and safety programs, and SOP adherence.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
