Job summary

Michaels Milford is seeking a friendly store associate to help customers shop, find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will handle cash transactions, support the Rewards program, and assist with BOPIS/SFS and restocking tasks.

The role covers truck unload, planograms, and store recovery, with opportunities to grow in framing sales. Night/weekend/evening shifts may apply and eligibility for benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Climb ladders or reach high shelves as needed

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes; maintain in-stock store
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully with customers and team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
