Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR) to be the first friendly face for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, guide tours, process sign-ups, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment that aligns with our Judgement Free Zone culture.

This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, accurate transactions at the front desk, and prompt resolution of questions about memberships, billing, and upgrades such as Black Card.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a fitness club or retail is a plus.
• Ability to learn company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the club.
• Answer phones professionally and handle front desk tasks.
• Promote current membership specials and upgrades.
• Meet or exceed membership and customer service goals.
