Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-site work required (not remote).
• Positive attitude, professional and dependable in interactions.
• Reliable, punctual and solutions-oriented with members and colleagues.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning certification within company-required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and membership inquiries.
• Process memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the club floor and facilities.
• Ensure equipment and weights are properly stored and accessible.
