Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative (MSR) to greet members and guests, process check-ins, and promote a welcoming club experience. You’ll be the face of the gym, delivering exceptional service and handling payments and front desk tasks with professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while supporting events, promotions, and club initiatives to boost member

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members and guests.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (tanning, hydro-massage, etc.).
• Maintain understanding of club programs, hours, and schedules.
• Support front desk operations and adhere to policies.
